Requirements

3+ years of graphic or brand design experience with a CPG or bold consumer brand
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
A strong portfolio showcasing design for packaging, retail marketing, email, social, and print
Experience managing production-ready artwork and print files, including familiarity with packaging specs and safe zones

Responsibilities

Execute packaging updates and production-ready artwork across a growing lineup of SKUs, working within brand guidelines and packaging specs
Design retail and shopper marketing materials, sell sheets, and sales collateral that stay on-brand while meeting sales team needs
Support email and social content, translating brand direction into fast-moving, everyday creative
Build signage, banners, and backdrops for events and trade shows
Partner with outside vendors and the agency of record to keep creative aligned
Balance a wide mix of projects and shifting priorities as the business needs evolve
