Graphic Designer (Independence Title - Austin Area)
About The Position
Independence Title Company in the Austin, TX area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Graphic Designer. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. The Graphic Designer is responsible for promoting and maintaining the Independence Title brand through creative and consistent marketing materials, designing and developing print and digital marketing campaigns and promotional resources, supporting Business Development efforts with branded marketing and sales collateral, supporting print shop requests and other fulfillment and distribution needs, and collaborating with the Graphic Design team and other departments on special projects and related duties. This is a full-time position, working 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday, at the Independence Title Headquarters.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Proficient in Canva
- Experienced in designing material for various social media platforms
- Strong customer service skills and internet research skills
- Strong writing skills independent of AI assistance
- Must be self-motivated around identifying projects and solving problems.
- Must be responsive to direction and correction, and able to organize priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must have ability to multi-task, work quickly, and be highly responsive to team members.
- Must create a positive image of the company through professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Promoting and maintaining the Independence Title brand through creative and consistent marketing materials.
- Designing and developing print and digital marketing campaigns and promotional resources.
- Supporting Business Development efforts with branded marketing and sales collateral.
- Supporting print shop requests and other fulfillment and distribution needs, and other related duties as part of the Graphic Design team.
- Collaborating with the Graphic Design team and other departments on special projects and related duties.
