As a Designer at OBI, you will bring strong creativity to life through high-quality visual execution. You’ll translate ideas and direction into work that is visually distinctive, aligned to client goals and effective across channels. Working closely with copywriters, strategists, client services and developers, you’ll ensure your designs are both well-crafted and built for real-world performance. This role requires creative instinct, problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate within an integrated team. Requirements

  • Strong Design Skills: A portfolio demonstrating visually compelling, effective work.
  • Design Fundamentals: Strength in typography, layout, color and composition.
  • Collaboration & Communication Skills: Works well across teams and incorporates feedback effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Digital Experience - Experience designing digital channels, including social and web, with an understanding of platform best practices.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards for quality and consistency.
  • Time Management: Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, always delivering on time.
  • Portfolio required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with additional tools and evolving platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design Execution: Create high-quality visual assets across digital campaigns, social, web, print and marketing materials, aligned to the brief and platform.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with creative team members to explore and develop ideas, contributing strong visual thinking that strengthens the overall concept.
  • Craft & Detail: Apply design fundamentals across typography, layout, color and composition with a high level of polish.
  • Problem Solving: Work through design challenges independently and collaboratively, keeping projects moving forward.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across teams to ensure work aligns with campaign goals, platform requirements and user experience considerations.
  • Innovation: Stay current on trends, tools and technologies, bringing new ideas forward and continuously looking for ways to elevate the work.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients with a solution-oriented mindset. Refine work based on feedback, balancing creative integrity with client needs.
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of your projects, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
