Come make a difference at MGIC. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. In this role, you'll create compelling visual communications that bring our brand to life across marketing, sales, digital, event and internal channels. We're seeking a creative problem-solver who combines strong design skills with an understanding of audience, message and business objectives. You'll collaborate with writers, project partners and fellow creatives to develop engaging, brand-consistent communications that inform, inspire and deliver results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience related to those described above or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience using Figma for collaborative design and digital experiences.
  • Experience designing both print and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce creative, high-quality work with strong attention to detail, as evidenced by a portfolio.
  • Experience working within established brand standards and guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Corporate or in-house creative experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative solutions for print and digital communications, including presentations, social media, email, advertising, sales materials, events and internal communications.
  • Translate business objectives and messaging into clear, compelling visual communications.
  • Apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and color.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while exercising sound creative judgment.
  • Produce polished, production-ready deliverables with a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, creative leaders, project managers and business partners.
  • Present design concepts and explain creative recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining design integrity.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
