This position serves as the organization's primary visual design resource, creating high-quality patient-facing, employee-facing, and organizational communications that strengthen engagement and support SEARHC's mission. In addition to designing materials, this role serves as a steward of the SEARHC brand, ensuring visual consistency across the organization. The Graphic Designer will manage brand standards, oversee the development and maintenance of templates, organize creative assets, and provide guidance to departments across the consortium on proper brand usage. Combines strong creative abilities with systems thinking, helping build scalable design processes that empower others while maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
