About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a creative Graphic Designer for their Lewiston Sales Center. This role involves collaborating with teams across the Pacific Northwest to create promotional material for various beverage brands. The designer will be responsible for producing marketing signs and promotional materials, managing supplies, calculating invoices, packaging finished products, and maintaining sign equipment. Requirements

  • Effectively communicate and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
  • Perform basic math functions: interpret rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Arts highly preferred, but not required.
  • 2 years previous experience in Graphic Design and/or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and produces marketing signs and promotional material as requested by management.
  • Loads paper and ink based on sign and type needed for each individual project.
  • Efficiently uses materials to minimize waste of equipment time and required materials.
  • Seeks approval with appropriate contact before initiating printing phase.
  • Orders and maintains supplies needed to produce signs following established processes for purchase orders and accounts payables.
  • Calculates and creates invoices for billing and distribution of printed material and maintains the associated accounts receivable records.
  • Packages finished signs in protective wrapping suitable for transport to recipient.
  • Addresses packages for transportation and distributes them accordingly.
  • Maintains the sign equipment through appropriate use and performance of required routine maintenance.
  • Arranges for needed repairs or informs the appropriate contact of maintenance and repair needs.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
