About The Position

Maesa is looking for a temporary Graphic Designer for 6-Months with a strong focus on digital and social design, with additional experience in packaging. This role requires a high level of execution, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple brands and channels while maintaining consistency. This role will be based in NYC, with a hybrid 3 days week in office schedule.

Requirements

5–8+ years of graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital/social work and packaging experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools
Strong typography, layout, and color skills
Understanding of social platforms and digital formats
Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and iterate quickly
Heavy interest or experience in AI capabilities with Creative
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to manage multiple priorities across brands
Clear communicator and collaborative
Comfortable working independently when needed

Nice To Haves

Experience in beauty, luxury, fashion, or a related industry preferred
Agency experience and/or experience working across multiple brands strongly preferred
Experience in motion or basic animation (After Effects)
Familiarity with AI design tools and workflows
Experience preparing files for print and working with vendors

Responsibilities

Design assets across digital and social channels, including social media, paid media, and e-commerce
Develop and execute creative concepts aligned to brand strategy
Maintain and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands
Design and refine packaging, including print-ready files and production support
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative on time and at a high standard
Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Incorporate AI tools into the design process where applicable
