About The Position

Brady Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer who under general supervision, creates proofs and production artwork for custom identification products. This role will serve as a face to Customer Operations and Production, taking requests for proofs and artwork, and translating it into a deliverable. The Graphic Designer will also work on departmental projects, as assigned, and will support multiple value streams in operations.

Requirements

• Works in graphics software such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator and InDesign.
• Familiar with barcode creation and symbology.
• Objectively resolves customer service inquiries effectively with limited supervision.
• Quickly assesses all request issues, clarifies, and identifies the necessary information and resources and to provide solutions.
• Provides constructive feedback to issues.
• Has strong attention-to-detail and ensures work meets customer, product and industry specifications.
• Supports process improvement through collaboration with peers, across departments, and leadership.
• Develops and nurtures effective relationships within team and Customer Operations in all Brady divisions.
