Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong understanding of digital design, layout, typography, and visual communication across print and web.
Excellent creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress and Webflow is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling, professional visual designs that communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the public.
Interpret and distill highly technical information into clear, engaging visuals for mainstream audiences.
Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including print materials (posters, flyers, direct mail, reports), digital marketing assets (social media graphics, email campaigns), presentations, interactive media (GIFs, animations, video), websites, and branding (logos, style guides, visual identity systems).
Support marketing and brand initiatives through email marketing, website content management, event materials, promotional products, office signage, presentations, and other print and digital assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives while managing multiple projects and priorities.
