About The Position

Stelle Athletica is seeking a Graphic Designer with a blend of strong visual aesthetics and user-centered thinking to enhance their brand and eCommerce platforms. This role is crucial for supporting marketing campaigns, digital content, product storytelling, and maintaining visual brand consistency. The position also involves UX/UI design responsibilities to improve website experience, optimize conversion flows, and enhance digital usability across their eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will understand how design drives engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty within a fashion eCommerce environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or eCommerce.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both brand/graphic work and UX/UI projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar UX tools.
  • Understanding of Shopify or eCommerce platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in generating high-quality and on-brand image assets using AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, social media, website banners).
  • Develop seasonal campaign creatives aligned with product launches and promotional calendars.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
  • Design product detail page (PDP) Amazon's A+ and Brand Story design visuals, infographics, and conversion-focused imagery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance product storytelling.
  • Create lifestyle graphics that communicate fit, comfort, and performance benefits.
  • Produce engaging graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
  • Design short-form video thumbnails, motion graphics (if applicable), and brand visuals.
  • Support influencer and partnership campaigns with branded creative assets.
  • Design packaging inserts, labels, trade show materials, and retail graphics.
  • Ensure alignment between physical brand presence and digital identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to optimize user flows and improve conversion rates.
  • Enhance navigation, filtering, and product browsing experiences.
  • Analyze user behavior (heatmaps, analytics) to identify friction points.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for landing pages, promotional pages, and new site features.
  • Ensure mobile-first design principles are applied across all updates.
  • Maintain design consistency within existing Shopify (or relevant platform) ecosystem.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives with design variations.
  • Improve CTA placement, checkout experience, and user engagement touchpoints.
  • Align UX decisions with performance metrics and business goals.
