About The Position

Douglas Elliman, New York’s leading luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the Long Island Region. Based in our Huntington office, this role services the creative needs of 21 offices and more than 1,400 agents. This is a hands-on, production-focused role for a designer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in executing clean, polished work efficiently while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of graphic design experience in a marketing, in-house, or production environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Understanding of template building in Canva, and email CRM
  • Solid understanding of print production and digital asset preparation
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with real estate, hospitality, or luxury brands
  • Basic motion or animation experience (After Effects) a plus
  • Understanding of template building in Canva, and email CRM’s
  • A reliable, detail-oriented designer who enjoys execution and problem-solving
  • Someone who works efficiently and takes ownership of their projects

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a high volume of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, postcards, email campaigns, social media assets, and advertising
  • Adapt and version existing templates quickly and accurately across multiple formats and channels
  • Create custom graphics and branding elements for individual agents and teams within established brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables, with strong attention to detail
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution, understanding technical specifications and best practices
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and respond to agent requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Contribute ideas and solutions while maintaining a team-first approach
  • Work on site in the Huntington office
