About The Position

Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of a local partner and is looking for a Graphic Designer (SMM) to join the Design Team. The role focuses on creating eye-catching social media visuals and banners, using AI tools to develop and refine creative assets, adapting templates, and finding ways to make content more engaging while maintaining a consistent brand style. The designer will collaborate with SMM managers and the creative team to turn ideas and briefs into polished visuals and deliver work on time.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably focused on social media content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools and the ability to integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs.
• Understanding of prompting techniques and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory, with awareness of current social media and AI-generated visual trends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate ideas clearly, and respond constructively to feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Previous experience in the gaming, gambling, betting, or a similar digital industry.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with 3D design and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging banners, graphics, and other visual content for social media platforms.
• Generate and refine visuals using AI tools and incorporate them into polished, high-quality marketing creatives.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across social media materials.
• Create, adapt, and maintain design templates for different social media formats and content needs.
• Collaborate with SMM managers and the creative team to develop and deliver visual content.
• Contribute ideas and explore AI tools and workflows to improve visual production quality and efficiency.
• Prepare design materials based on briefs and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
