About The Position

SeneGence is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across multiple channels while partnering with teams throughout the organization, including Marketing, Product Development, Field Development, Events, and E-Commerce. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and print design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing for consumer brands, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, direct sales, retail, or e-commerce environments preferred.
• Experience creating content optimized for social media and digital marketing channels.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling digital and print marketing materials that support product launches, promotions, events, and business initiatives.
• Design social media graphics, digital advertising, email assets, website content, presentation materials, and distributor-facing communications.
• Support packaging, product collateral, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer and distributor touchpoints.
• Participate in creative concept development and contribute fresh ideas that elevate the SeneGence brand.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy across all deliverables.
