About The Position

As the Graphic Designer, Paid Creative, you will report directly to the Associate Design Director and support the execution of performance-driven creative across Alo's paid media channels. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for elevated, effective design and a strong visual understanding of the Alo brand. You are passionate about crafting impactful paid advertising campaigns and will work closely with the growth team to produce best-in-class creative.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience as a junior or digital designer, with a portfolio that includes paid advertising work or similar designs for digital channels.
Experience creating short-form video for TikTok, Meta, or other social platforms.
Familiarity with affiliate and display ad specifications, and ability to work efficiently across many sizes and formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere; Figma; and CapCut.
Basic understanding of motion design and animation software such as After Effects.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns.
Create quick-turn, social-first video content for paid platforms such as TikTok and Meta.
Design evergreen ad creative for always-on campaigns.
Adapt and resize designs across affiliate banners and ad placements while keeping brand consistency.
Partner with the design and growth teams to execute projects within brief, timeline, and brand guidelines, incorporating feedback as needed.
Keep an eye on design and social trends and share ideas with the team.
