About The Position

RP3 is an independent, full-service creative and performance agency turning wildly original ideas into outsized results. We believe great ideas deserve great design. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who knows how to turn smart thinking into compelling visuals. Someone who cares deeply about craft, typography, storytelling, photography, detail — and who can move quickly when opportunity strikes. This role supports new business, agency marketing, and creative initiatives, helping bring RP3’s ideas to life through presentations, social content, campaign assets, and visual systems. Some days you’ll be bringing campaign concepts to visual life and designing a pitch deck that helps land the next big client. Other days you’ll be creating agency marketing assets, social content, or visual frameworks that elevate our work. This role can be fully remote or hybrid for candidates located near our Bethesda, Maryland office who may wish to work from the office occasionally. Requirements

  • You have a portfolio that demonstrates strong design craft across:
  • Presentation design
  • Social media and digital marketing assets
  • Campaign or brand work
  • You also bring:
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience building templates and scalable design systems
  • Basic motion design, animation, or video editing
  • Comfort designing for both static and motion-enabled digital environments
  • Tools you are comfortable with:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Figma / Figma Slides
  • Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, etc.)
  • 4–5 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or in-house setting
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience designing presentation decks, social media content, and digital marketing assets
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, and composition
  • Basic web design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Webflow experience
  • Illustration skills
  • Motion design or After Effects experience
  • 3D design experience
  • Bonus if you’ve explored AI-assisted design tools or creative production workflows

Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact new business pitch decks and agency presentations
  • Create social media and marketing assets that bring the RP3 brand to life
  • Bring campaign concepts to visual life for new business pitches
  • Design campaign visuals supporting agency marketing and thought leadership
  • Create email designs and basic web experiences
  • Design across both static and motion-driven digital environments
  • Develop design systems, templates, and layout frameworks that keep agency materials consistent and scalable
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Creative teams
  • Contribute to visual storytelling and art direction across agency initiatives
  • Maintain a meticulous eye for detail and brand consistency
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced new business environment where occasional evening or weekend work may occur
