About The Position

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on producing high-quality digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, digital advertising, and in-store visuals. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator who can execute efficiently, collaborate well, and balance creativity with business needs. This role supports company-wide marketing and seasonal campaigns and plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints. You will design visually engaging assets across multiple channels such as: Email campaigns, Websites and landing pages Social media content and digital ads Programmatic and vendor-supported advertising In-store signage and internal marketing materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing digital-first creative (email, web, social, digital ads)
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback in a collaborative environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating\: Clean design and typography Strong visual hierarchy Brand consistency Business and marketing-driven design work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Figma
  • Basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects)
  • Familiarity with email platforms such as Listrak
  • Retail, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience
  • Basic awareness of HTML (no coding required)
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve design efficiency and production

Responsibilities

  • Create, prepare, and optimize email designs for deployment through our email platform
  • Support seasonal and promotional campaigns (back-to-school, holiday, etc.)
  • Develop layouts and creative concepts based on briefs and business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Produce light animation or motion graphics (e.g., GIFs) as needed
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative output
