About The Position

P&G’s BeautyHouse, the multidisciplinary design studio supporting our beauty brands around the world, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Beauty Care team. As a Graphic Designer within P&G, you will focus on developing a broad range of creative work, consisting of 2D package design, Instore, and digital activation. As a hands-on creative, you will need expertise in the relevant design software to deliver established design concepts to finished executions. You will need an overall understanding of the creative design process to bring your ideas to life. You will collaborate with other likeminded creatives and multidisciplinary teams to support the business needs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
  • Entry-3 years of full-time design work experience is ideal (outside of freelance work).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates mastery in design principles and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, independent ideation, problem-solving and technical mastery.
  • Experience in designing for digital, packaging, and instore displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility.
  • Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work onsite at our Cincinnati, OH office 3-5 days per week.

  • Knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles and a familiarity with AI-enabled tools used in creating quick prototypes, design iterations, enhancing ideation speed and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Build concepts executing the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
  • Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
  • Be accountable for excellent execution.
