Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training and 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Proven mastery of design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Canva.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for web, mobile, tablet, and print collaterals.
  • Comfort with and curiosity about AI-powered creative tools (generative image tools, AI video, workflow automation); willingness to experiment and share learnings.
  • Solid understanding of social and digital video platforms and their performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a clear point of view that can be articulated and executed.
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, direct, and receptive to feedback.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for design, interiors, and visual culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling visual content for digital advertising, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube), email, websites, and retailer platforms, ensuring it is visually arresting, culturally relevant, and aesthetically elevated.
  • Apply motion graphics, animation, and GIFs to enhance brand storytelling across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams (Digital, Social, Communications, Brand) to achieve both brand and business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each brand's aesthetic, voice, and positioning to maintain creative integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and update DTC websites as dynamic brand expressions, including auditing content, refreshing assets, and improving visual experience, conversion flow, and on-site storytelling.
  • Design with performance in mind, utilizing data such as ROAS, reach, CTR, thumb stop rate, and site traffic to refine creative output.
  • Integrate AI tools into the workflow to accelerate production, explore creative directions, and optimize for tasks requiring human judgment.
  • Stay informed about emerging tools, design trends, and cultural shifts, bringing fresh perspectives and relevant references to the team.
  • Edit video and photo assets for use across social, web, and retail partner sites.
  • Develop print and marketing materials as needed, including mood boards, trade show signage, posters, brochures, merchandise, and presentation decks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate progress clearly, and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute positively to the team as a collaborative and energizing presence.
