About The Position

LinkSquares is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer, described as a "swiss-army-knife," to create and deliver high-quality design assets for marketing initiatives across various channels and platforms. This role offers the opportunity to support both daily design needs and long-term projects within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who enjoys a mix of high-level concepting and hands-on execution, working on projects such as web design, advertisements, print graphics, pitch decks, social media content, event materials, email campaigns, and motion graphics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or fast-paced marketing environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Strong design vision, typography skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of modern print and digital design principles, basic UI/UX standards, and web responsive design.
  • Experience delivering clean, final production files.
  • Familiarity with managing creative intake and workflows through project management platforms like Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.
  • A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, ability to take direction and incorporate feedback, and capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design capabilities across digital and print mediums is required.

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and concept with the creative team to develop innovative ideas, design solutions, and brand identities that elevate LinkSquares across all channels.
  • Design webpages and produce digital and print marketing assets, including ads, social content, pitch decks, email campaigns, event/conference materials, and motion graphics for video.
  • Maintain the highest standards of brand design, delivering pixel-perfect, clean, and organized design assets while managing the central brand asset library and design system.
  • Create templated assets (e.g., in Canva) to empower internal teams and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with various marketing segments, respond to feedback, and take direction from the Brand Director to refine visual solutions.
  • Organize, manage, and name files appropriately for team members using project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, etc.) to handle creative requests and maintain final production files.
