About The Position

Phileo Shared Services is seeking a Communications Associate/Graphic Designer to support the marketing and communications strategies of a network of partner Christian schools. The position helps each school communicate its brand, mission, and story to families, donors, and the broader community. This is a part-time, remote role with flexible scheduling and occasional in-person meetings in the greater Philadelphia region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a communications or graphic design role.
• Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a solid understanding of the Word of God.
• Evidence of a godly lifestyle based on a commitment to Jesus Christ.
• Passion for Christian education, commitment to DC’s mission, and alignment with biblical values.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for digital and print use, including social media, flyers, presentations, and brochures.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and support community engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to produce materials for events, campaigns, and programs.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
