About The Position

The Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant is responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various digital and print media, including web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements, and marketing materials. They use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Requirements

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent photo editing skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Minimum of one year of relevant graphic design experience.
• Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or higher.
• Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
• Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
• Backup Device Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
• Backup Device RAM: Minimum 4 GB.
• Backup Device Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
• Backup Device Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
• The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
• Create designs by hand or using digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
• Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
• Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
