This position provides telephone and in-person assistance to clients, offering exceptional service by answering inquiries about products and services, and resolving issues or concerns. The role also involves administrative duties, gathering information for the Sales team, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field, with at least two years of professional experience. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, are essential. Experience with graphic design software/desktop publishing for both MAC and PC is required. Project management and copy editing/proofreading skills are highly preferred.
