About The Position

Sterling E-Marketing is looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join our creative team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This role involves designing eye-catching ads, building engaging social content, creating motion graphics, and producing video that drives results. You will work on campaigns for automotive retailers and regional brands across the country, collaborating with strategists, account managers, copywriters, and fellow creatives to develop advertising that stands out. The day-to-day can vary, including creating social media content and digital ads, animating motion graphics, editing video, or contributing to major campaign concepts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, marketing, advertising, or a related creative field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design, motion graphics, video, and visual storytelling capabilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms
  • Ability to take projects from concept through final execution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Design digital advertising, social media content, display ads, email campaigns, and print materials

  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to develop campaign concepts and creative solutions
  • Translate marketing objectives into effective visual communication
  • Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh creative ideas to every project
