About The Position

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative and marketing teams by producing high-quality visual assets that align with brand standards and marketing channel objectives. This role reports to the Sr. Graphic Designer and is ideal for an emerging designer eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key marketing channel assets include email campaigns, social media campaigns, sales materials, and internal communications. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of design experience (internships included)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong attention to detail, good design skills, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
  • Portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills
  • Minimum Experience: 2+ Years
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

  • Video & audio editing skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with the Sr. Graphic Designer to execute concepts, maintain brand standards, and ensure messaging and design consistency across all channels
  • Assist in the creation of digital and print assets including social graphics, email headers, digital display ads, postcard designs, sales handouts/flyers, etc.
  • Design and version campaign assets based on variations to services, promotional offers, regional and local nuances
  • Resize and version approved creative assets for various channels without losing brand consistency while maintaining good design
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing channel owners to review project brief overview, and receive feedback during weekly creative review meetings
  • Manage projects on Monday.com, track revisions, and apply feedback quickly while maintaining quality control
  • Maintain strict file organization, naming conventions and clean handoff folders so that assets are easy to find and reuse on Sharepoint
  • Prepare and package files for print production or cross-functional team use
  • Stay current on design trends and contribute fresh ideas to improve creative quality across the department
