About The Position

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Graphic Designer I to join their Marketing team. This role is ideal for an early-career designer looking to gain experience, enhance their portfolio, and collaborate with experienced marketing professionals in a dynamic, creative setting. The position involves creating a variety of visual assets, from digital campaigns to print materials, and contributing to the company's brand identity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about visual storytelling.

Requirements

1–2 years of graphic design experience (internship, freelance, or professional experience considered)
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and design best practices

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and social media design specifications
Experience with Figma

Responsibilities

Create visually compelling graphics in a deadline-driven environment
Design and develop marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, trade show banners, posters, signage, social media graphics, email headers, digital assets, and PowerPoint presentations
Maintain and strengthen U.S. Legal Support's brand identity, ensuring consistency in typography, color palettes, and design standards
Assist with website graphics and digital content updates
Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, initiatives, and creative projects
Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining high-quality design standards
Support additional marketing efforts as business needs evolve
