About The Position

You will be working directly with colleagues and gain hands-on experience in creative programs, website and email design, digital content and print collateral. Requirements

  • Current student or spring 2026 graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, Fine Arts, Marketing, or similar area of study with a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 +.
  • Full-time, paid internship at $20.00 hourly starting June 2026 through August 2026 based on school schedule. A minimum of 2 months is required.
  • Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) and ability to show portfolio or examples of past digital work.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Foundational grasp of typography, layout hierarchy, and color theory.
  • Understanding of branding and how companies utilize brand guidelines.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and work within an established visual system.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – adheres to naming conventions.
  • Feels excitement about telling brands’ stories.
  • Can work both independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing team efforts in production of both digital and print assets.
  • Translate copy and requests into visually appealing content spanning print, digital assets, tradeshow graphics, social and web visuals that maintain Brand voice.
  • Assist in translating content from one program to another.
  • Assist in monthly duties that follow templates – while continuing to find ways to improve or refresh those templates.
  • Engage in co-branded content creation for partner agencies.
  • Create and test email templates in the company’s CRM.
  • Assist in creation of advertising merchandise and promotional items.
  • Ensure all exported assets meet Brand guidelines, and work to strengthen company branding internally and externally as applicable.
  • Update basic entities across company web platforms such as the public website and Marketing areas within secure portal websites.
  • Be an active participant in creative concepting and willing to work inter-departmentally to achieve the best result.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor industry trends to refresh content.
  • Monitor and identify emerging design trends and best practices to determine how these can be integrated into Merchants’ digital content.
