About The Position

Join the Bearcat Dining marketing team as a Graphic Design Intern and help bring dining to life through creative visuals and branding! In this role, you’ll design eye-catching graphics, support marketing campaigns, and help visually communicate dining programs across campus. You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of campus dining—from digital content and social media graphics to event signage and promotions.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong eye for design, layout, and branding
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic photography or video editing skills are a plus
• Preferred but not required: Design, Art, Media, Marketing, or related major

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital screens, and print materials
• Create marketing assets for events, promotions, and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Assist with event branding, signage, and promotional collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns
• Support updates to website and digital platforms
