About The Position
The Jacksonville Jaguars are committed to developing talent and interest in professional sports. An internship at the Jaguars will provide you the chance to explore your career interests, acquire marketable job skills while “learning the ropes” of the industry, establish professional contacts, and gain practical “hands on” experience while working at the highest level of professional sports. Jaguars internships offer meaningful educational work experiences designed to meet your academic and career goals. Management and staff will teach and encourage, but it’s up to you to bring an enthusiasm to learn. Through this program, you will identify learning goals and work with the Jaguars management to achieve those goals. The Jaguars are looking a graphic design intern for the 2026 season who will primarily focus on creating designs for our Sponsorship Sales, Partnerships, and Jaguars Foundation teams.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship OR have graduated within 18 months of the internship start date.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design and photography.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed, including being on-site on gamedays.
- Team player able to consistently collaborate with other designers and receive feedback from manager and peers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to balance multiple projects at once and meet deadlines, which frequently include quick turnaround time.
- Must be able to produce mock-ups, graphics, and layouts to accurate specifications.
- Willing and able to be a self-starter.
- Able to report to the internship in Jacksonville, FL with a reliable mode of transportation.
- This is an in-person opportunity.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to animate design for added value using Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Ability to work with 3D files in Cinema 4D to take design further is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce visual communications that meet specific brand standards and goals of the organization, including proposal decks, graphics for social platforms, app, and website, printed materials, and external signage.
- Manage project flow and accurately estimate when deliverables will be complete.
- Translate design direction into mock-ups, receive feedback, and develop to final application for a wide variety of projects.
- Photography and picture editing.
