About The Position

The Imagine Group is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic interns who are eager to learn. As an intern at Imagine, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on creative and production capabilities all under one roof. A Graphic Design Intern will be creative, organized, and motivated to support our marketing initiatives and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This internship is an opportunity to work alongside marketing professionals, designers, and sales teams to create a wide range of visual assets that support both internal communications and external brand marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, understands the importance of file organization and production best practices, and is eager to learn from experienced creatives while contributing meaningful work from day one. Requirements

Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including basic knowledge of file management and asset organization
A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Portfolio showcasing design work, course projects, or relevant creative experience

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and production of marketing materials across digital and print channels.
Create and update external-facing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, event materials, email graphics, and promotional content.
Support the development of internal-facing materials including sales tools, employee communications, and company presentations.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams on a variety of projects and campaigns.
Help organize design files, assets, and project libraries to maintain efficient workflows.
Prepare files for production while following established brand standards and design specifications.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
Learn industry best practices through real-world projects and mentorship from experienced team members.
