The Graphic Design Coordinator helps to develop and design training programs for Retail, Customer Care and Wholesale employees. They are responsible for assisting in the ideation and creation of all in-store training tools as they relate to product and selling. An ability to work efficiently with collaborators and execute projects based on strategic direction is key. They have a keen eye for design and are familiar with current design trends and best practices for both digital and print. They’re passionate about the luxury jewelry space and understand the selling experience. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required.
