About The Position

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Artist with a passion for home décor, retail design, and creating visually compelling artwork. If you thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment and love seeing your designs come to life in major retail stores, this is the role for you. As a Graphic Artist, you’ll develop artwork and typography for well‑known retail partners such as Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Walmart, and similar national brands. You’ll work across both print and digital formats, helping shape product lines and visual concepts seen by millions of shoppers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Designer or Artist
• Strong creative instincts and a passion for home décor
• Ability to balance artistic style with commercial appeal
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Expertise in recoloring, retouching, and color correction
• Strong understanding of RGB vs. CMYK color spaces
• Experience hand‑painting in acrylic, including color mixing/matching
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Pantone color system
• Experience in home décor or consumer products
• A proactive, flexible, solutions‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Create original art, illustrations, and typography for home‑decor product lines
• Design digital assets for multiple brands and product categories
