About The Position

Bowhead seeks a Graphic Artist for a new contract in Dahlgren, VA. The intention of this contract is to provide support for the creation, maintenance, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of Graphic Design data. This role involves performing on-site high-level computer graphic design activities to produce brochures, briefings, displays, visual analytic products, and other materials, participating in all aspects of graphics/illustration projects from conceptualization and development to final presentation. The artist will utilize current graphic design technology and computer software packages to produce and develop high-level graphics and miscellaneous media. This position requires proposing creative input to final decision-makers related to the design and composition of data appealing to a broad military audience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the career field and graphic design.
• Proficient in PhotoShop, Adobe Illustration Package, 3D Modeling, Animation, Web-Design and HTML, Authoring of Courseware and Internet Sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft products and systems.
• Must hold an active security clearance at the Top Secret level.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for a Top Secret clearance at this location.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• Possessing an active Top Secret Clearance is preferred.
