About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled Production Art Coordinator to lead our art team in transforming customer designs into polished, production-ready artwork. This is a hands-on leadership role where creative vision meets technical precision.

Requirements

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Strong knowledge of print, digital, and electronic media production
• 3+ years of related experience
• at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Convert customer designs into production-ready formats with a high degree of accuracy
• Review and approve layouts, logos, and illustrations before production
• Collaborate with customer service to align artwork specs with working instructions
• Lead, mentor, and schedule the art department team
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
