Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
• 2 or more years of Graphic Design experience outside of college
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word, Excel, and MS SharePoint
• Intermediate to advanced illustration, typography, print and digital design skills
• Excellent visual design skills
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to complete projects by given due date
• Proven capacity to perform moderate tasks with little to no guidance from supervisor
• Proven Logical decision making and organizational skills
• Self-directed but also collaborative
• Ability to recognize and closely match fonts and colors
• Creativity, passion, and attention to detail
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Possess strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with brand style guides
• Knowledge of various online marketing practices
• Understanding of mobile devices and online shopping

Responsibilities

• Create designs for a variety of site, email, and other digital graphics
• Design new and/or edit existing signage, flyers, and other print graphics
• Mask out backgrounds, color correct and edit product photos
• Take direction and creative criticism to refine designs by incorporating outside feedback
• Ensure brand consistency with assigned projects
• Collaborate with other designers, CRM Specialists, copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders
• Create highly organized digital files
• Keep file directories on server organized
