About The Position

At Guidehouse, grants management is not a back-office compliance function—it’s where public dollars turn into real outcomes. Our team works at the center of some of the largest, most complex federal and state funding programs in the country, partnering directly with government leaders to design, launch, and sustain programs that matter—from healthcare access and community recovery to energy transition and infrastructure resilience. You’ll join a team that combines deep technical credibility with strategic influence. We don’t just help clients comply with 2 CFR 200—we shape how programs are structured, governed, and delivered so they withstand scrutiny, adapt to shifting federal priorities, and produce measurable impact. Our consultants are trusted advisors, often embedded alongside agency leadership, helping translate policy into executable, audit defensible operations. Guidehouse invests in how grants work tomorrow, not just how they worked yesterday. That includes modernizing grants operations with data, analytics, and AI enabled tools—while maintaining the rigor, transparency, and human judgment that public funding demands. You’ll have opportunities to innovate responsibly, build new solutions, and influence firmwide approaches to grants modernization. Equally important, you’ll be part of a collaborative, mission driven culture. We value clarity, quality, and professionalism—and we support career paths that reward both subject matter depth and leadership. Whether you want to specialize deeply, lead large programs, or grow into broader advisory roles, Guidehouse provides the platform and trust to do meaningful work at scale. If you’re looking for a place where your grants expertise is respected, your ideas shape outcomes, and your work has visible public value, this is that team. We are currently searching for a Grants Management Consultant to support the design and implementation of federal grant projects for state and local government clients. You will support areas such as strategic planning, financial management, monitoring and compliance, and stakeholder engagement to provide full lifecycle grants management support. This role is an exciting opportunity to guide clients through transformative programs and to be a part of an impactful mission.
