This role bridges the fiscal and programmatic sides of the grant lifecycle. The specialist will work closely with the Grants Administrator to process subrecipient fiscal reports, ensuring the allowability of expenses, completeness of supporting documentation, and maintaining audit-ready fiscal records. This position ensures grant activity complies with State of Hawaii requirements from award through final close-out.
