The Grants Coordinator assists in the day-to-day operation of the grants administration, subcontract, award, and overall review process. This role involves managing data collection for new grant proposals and non-competitive renewals, acting as a liaison between investigators, consultants, and subcontractors, and assisting in the creation or revision of department policies and procedures. The coordinator is also responsible for managing subcontracts, award notices, data entry, file management, and liaising with various institutional offices such as grants and contracts, IRB, finance, and Info Ed. Additionally, the role may involve serving as the head of the Info Ed Super User for online grant submission software and assisting with grant administration and budget review for complex grants.
