About The Position
Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC is seeking a Grants Consultant who enjoys problem-solving, creativity, and emerging technologies. As a multi-disciplined leader, you will demonstrate innovative solutions to clients. The Grant Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Federal Agency project.
Requirements
- US Citizenship and Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business field (e.g., Business Management, Accounting, Finance)
- Demonstrated three years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing multi-million-dollar Grant Programs in the Federal government
- Demonstrated experience writing and editing documents, such as guidance documents, procedures, or policies
- Demonstrated experience managing grants
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement procedures and policies
Responsibilities
- Provide support to senior grants management officers and/or project officers by assisting with grant request for applications, award documents, analyzing reports, grant closeout, assisting with processing suitability, monitoring compliance, attending site visits, developing site visit reports, and assisting in developing agency grant policies and procedures
- Review and incorporate best practices in grant-making
- Develop reports as needed
