As our next Grants Compliance Associate, you'll help keep critical programs running smoothly by supporting grant processes, tracking deadlines, and ensuring documentation is organized and audit-ready. You'll be part of a team that's working to end homelessness in Tulsa County. We lead the Tulsa County Continuum of Care (CoC), bringing together service providers and local partners to coordinate solutions and maximize impact.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly-whether writing an email or running a meeting.
• Like checklists and systems, and are the person people trust to follow up.
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools to manage projects, calendars, and documents.
• Curious, willing to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and meeting logistics for task groups, trainings, and planning sessions.
• Keep digital files and documentation organized across programs.
• Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions for cross-agency meetings.
• Monitor timelines and help teams meet critical deadlines for grants and compliance.
• Support communication across departments and with partner agencies.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) every day to stay on top of tasks, share information, and collaborate with colleagues.
