About The Position
This is a grant-funded, five-year temporary position that will support the Plant City campus in the implementation of its SS-TIP project. The position will facilitate the use of the college’s artificial intelligence chatbot to engage students regarding degree completion and the use of college academic support services. The position will support the use of early alert intervention software in Plant City classes with in-person meetings.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- One-year of prior-related work experience
Nice To Haves
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft suite software
- Ellucian Datatel Colleague knowledge a plus
