Under general supervision, performs technical and administrative accounting work in maintaining fiscal records and systems of the Tribe. This role involves preparing and reviewing financial reports, invoices, and drawdowns for grant and contract compliance, as well as examining expenditures, reconciling accounts, and managing grant-related vendor contracts. The coordinator will also assist with grant administration, serve as a liaison with Accounts Payable, and prepare financial statements for audits. Additionally, they will provide guidance to program managers and staff on grant-related matters and may be assigned specific divisions for compliance oversight.
