The Grant Manager oversees the entire grant cycle, including identification, writing, implementation, and compliance. This role collaborates with the leadership team to align funding priorities with organizational needs, engaging internal stakeholders throughout the grant application and compliance process. The Grant Manager is responsible for maintaining a robust grant pipeline, stewarding relationships with funders including foundations, federal, state, and private agencies and managing the acquisition and fulfillment of grant commitments. Working closely with the Executive Director, this position identifies funding opportunities, develops strategic priorities, and ensures compliance with grant requirements. In collaboration with the finance team, the Grant Manager oversees grant budgeting and financial reporting. They will research, define, and secure funding sources to support current and planned programs, lead the development and submission of grant proposals, and monitor compliance across all funding types.
