About The Position

As Grant Writer, you advance our Fund Development strategy by securing philanthropic support for council priorities through well-crafted proposals and compliant reporting. You will identify and qualify grant opportunities aligned to programs and revenue goals, draft, edit, and submit clear, persuasive proposals, budgets, and attachments. You will also manage award documentation, reporting calendars, and stewardship deliverables, track outcomes and maintain accurate records for internal and funder use, and partner with program, finance, and development colleagues to align narratives and data. Requirements

• 3+ years of grant writing or related philanthropy experience
• Strong project management, writing, and proofreading skills
• Comfort with budgets, metrics, and deadline-driven workflows
• Professional communication and relationship-building abilities
