Hacienda CDC, a trusted community development corporation dedicated to empowering individuals and families through affordable housing, holistic services, and advocacy, is searching for a new Grant Writer with a strong work ethic and exceptional storytelling skills to advance the organization’s mission of supporting our community's needs. When you join the Philanthropy Department at Hacienda CDC, you join a team that takes pride in knowing its work helps the organization succeed and pushes the mission of Hacienda CDC forward. Your primary tasks will include collaborating cross-departmentally to understand the various funding needs of the organization, researching, identifying, evaluating grant opportunities, writing and submitting successful grant applications, and more. The ideal candidate will already have a proven track record of writing successful grant applications. They will possess strong proofreading skills, pay close attention to detail, and be able to take initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines. They will thrive in community-driven environments and have a deep appreciation and respect for the diverse communities Hacienda serves. Does this sound like you?
