The Grant Writer position is responsible for identification, writing, management, and reporting of grants. The position may participate in or assist in leading other projects. Reports to: Chief Quality and Strategy Officer Supervises: No Dress Requirement: Business Casual Work Schedule: Monday through Friday during standard business hours Times are subject to change due to business necessity Exempt Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Identify and write grants to secure funding for projects in the organization. Gathers letters of support and other documents needed for grant applications. Coordinate with teams at HOFH after the grant is awarded to ensure successful implementation. Complete required grant reporting. Acquire and analyze data. Includes pulling data yourself. Provide data internally to staff working on the program. Track grant deadlines and due dates to ensure timely submission of applications and reports. Deliver and/or make presentations on project and program progress and results. Depending on grant workload and organization needs, may assist with or lead other non-grant related projects.
