About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Grant Program Manager for the Genoa Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation - Phase I project opportunity. This project involves the rehabilitation and replacement of gravity sewer mains and manholes, as well as upgrades to several pump stations including Genoa PS, Landfill PS, Grantham Middle and Grantham Elementary PSs, and Highway 117 PS. The estimated project cost is between $2,100,000 and $3,150,000. The role requires coordinating grant opportunity intake, application workflows, stakeholder communication, timeline control, and delivery readiness. Consultants will be responsible for reviewing project scope, background, and client requirements, and providing role-specific materials such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability. Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, quality control, and status updates are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Relevant experience for this project-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
- Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
