We are hiring a Grant Operations Systems Analyst to join our expanding team. The Grant Operations Systems Analyst will serve as the foundation’s primary point of contact and resource for all Salesforce administration, support, and enhancements for 80 internal users and 1000 external users who are primarily grantseekers and grantee partners. This includes building and maintaining system objects, connectors, fields, dashboards, list views, workflows, reports, as well as conducting regular system testing and deployment of releases. The Systems Analyst will partner with other teams at Inatai to ensure that the database and grantee portal continues to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders, including working to identify and document updated business processes and additional system requirements and features. They will be responsible for leading and conducting Salesforce training and ongoing learning for Inatai staff and grantees. This role will also focus on expanding and maintaining the use of Salesforce and any of its system integrations across departments to support key business functions, including the foundation’s grantmaking processes, communications, operations management, events management, and CRM data and information. The Systems Analyst will collaborate across multiple teams at Inatai, contributing to our culture of service to both our teammates and grantees. Additionally, they will work to continually refine the foundation’s Salesforce system and grantmaking process to further embody the foundation’s values. This is a full-time, exempt position. Team members connected to an office are expected to work in the office. Team members may be permitted – with supervisor approval – to work remotely up to two days per week.
