JCC Chicago is the largest of more than 170 Jewish Community Centers in North America – home to six early childhood centers, nine-day camps, one resident overnight camp, and a myriad of other programs and services focused on the care and keeping of children, family, and community. The Grant Manager will be responsible for a breadth of grant-related activities including foundation research, managing and developing grant submission timelines, drafting and submitting proposals, and writing grant reports. This position will work closely with program area staff to secure information related to the development and submission of grants and monitoring and reporting on program activities related to grant proposals funded by foundations, corporations, and the Jewish United Fund. The position will also work closely with the Finance department and Community Engagement department to develop and track grant budgets. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Development, the Grant Manager will increase the capacity of JCC Chicago to secure grant funding from private, corporate, and government funders.
