About The Position

As a Grant Administration Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients within the Health Services sector to optimize their operations and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your expertise in operations consulting to deliver tailored solutions that address complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience

Managing client support engagements and fostering stakeholder relationships to enhance service excellence
