About The Position

PCDC Solutions LLC is hiring a Grant Accountant to manage the financial side of government-funded contracts and awards. This Finance role reports to the Senior Director of Finance and works daily with project leads in Consulting and Training. The Grant Accountant keeps grant budgets, spending, billing, and reports accurate and on time; determines whether costs are allowable; addresses potential issues; and helps move payment and vendor processes from email into a scalable system. The role calls for sound judgment and knowledge of New York State contracting and Uniform Guidance, along with an interest in improving processes. The position manages grant and contract accounting, compliance reporting, reimbursement and billing, budget monitoring, audit support, internal controls, and process improvement. It also involves implementing an accounts payable workflow platform such as Procurify and connecting it with MIP Fund Accounting where possible. Fee-for-service billing support is occasional cross-team backup rather than the primary focus. This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $80,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience. It is hybrid and based in New York City, with in-office work at the lower Manhattan office three days per week. Occasional local travel may be required. The anticipated start date is December 2026.
